Technical services & Treatments : Skin test required 48 hours before appointment if you are a new client or over 6 months since last skin test.

For Long/Thick Hair or extended Regrowth there will be an additional £20.00 charge

There will be an additional £15.00 charge on all colour on appointments for an assistant blow dry or £20.00 for additional styling.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is time reserved especially for you.

Here at Paterson SA we understand that unforeseen events occur and you may need to cancel or reschedule from time to time.

We kindly ask that you give us 48 hours notice so that we can adjust our schedule for other clients. You will receive a text or email confirmation 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged at 50% of the service value. You will be required to pay this fee prior to booking your next appointment with us.

This policy also applies to not attending your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment more than once you will be required to pay for your appointment in advance.
