Re-Opening Guidelines

• All clients must attend their appointments alone.

• Card payments when possible
(Apple Pay Available) 

• Please wear your own mask when visiting the salon (we will provide when needed)

• If your experiencing any Covid symptoms please reschedule after following government guidelines

• Please arrive on time for your appointment, you may be asked to wait outside for a short time

• Service by pre-booked appointments only, walk in and fringe trims are temporary suspended 

• In salon drinks and magazine are temporary suspended 

• Please use sanitiser provided on arrival and departure

We will continue to use freshly cleaned/single use gowns and towels, all areas of the salon
including toilets will be cleaned after every use.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is time reserved especially for you.

Here at Paterson SA we understand that unforeseen events occur and you may need to cancel or reschedule from time to time.

We kindly ask that you give us 48 hours notice so that we can adjust our schedule for other clients. You will receive a text or email confirmation 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged at 50% of the service value. You will be required to pay this fee prior to booking your next appointment with us.

This policy also applies to not attending your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment more than once you will be required to pay for your appointment in advance.
